For our North American headquarter in White Plains, NY, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Team, Customers, and Vendors with technical questions, project management, and certification processes. As an ideal candidate, you will have a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects for customer-specific sensor solutions, including but not limited to the determination of customer requirements
  • Review, interpret and communicate project requirements between customer and development team in Germany and Poland including but not limited to
    • Analog and digital circuit review considering customer and EMI requirements
    • Support on embedded firmware development of our signal processing algorithms
    • Design reviews and risk analysis
    • Review technical documentation and ensure compliance with national requirememnts
    • Support in product certification process (NEMA, UL, FDA)
  • Perform product training on existing and new products for our sales team and distributors
  • Support our Sales Team, Customers & Distributors with technical questions about our sensor products from capacitive sensor buttons, proximity and optical sensors to level probes
  • Manage the listing of new standard products for the North American market, including but not limited to technical documentation data sheet, 3D Data, marketing Kit and pricing
  • Support with the integration of our products into the customer's application with a strong focus on PLC configuration and programming
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team in an agile development process

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, computer science or similar technical qualifications
  • working experience in mixed-signal design on board level
  • Experience in embedded firmware development (C, C++, Eclipse, ARM, GCC)
  • Simulation experience in Matlab and Spice
  • Knowledge of capacitive, inductive and optical sensor measurement technology is an advantage
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and work effectively on simultaneous tasks and provide quality deliverables on schedule in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience in working with Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, organize and monitor work
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbally and in writing
